Last week, our owner, Maggie Stenson, MCN, RD, LD, CEDS-C, had the privilege of leading a Lunch and Learn at Mindful Health’s Georgetown location. Mindful Health is a dedicated team of compassionate and skilled clinicians, including therapists, psychiatrists, a Doctor of Naturopathy, and nurse practitioners. Their team provides comprehensive treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

ATX Visits Houston
This past month, ATX Nutritional Counseling hit the road and headed down to Houston, Texas to connect with some incredible outpatient providers doing meaningful work in the eating disorder and mental health space. While we proudly offer in-person sessions in both Georgetown and Austin, we also serve clients virtually across Texas and in several other states. Making connections with other providers who are equally passionate about high-quality care helps us offer stronger, more informed referrals to our clients—no matter where they’re located.

We’re excited to share that our owner, Maggie Stenson, MCN, RD, LD, CEDS-C, had the honor of speaking with the Christian Coaches Connect group on Tuesday, May 27th. It was a great opportunity to highlight the powerful role Recovery Coaches play in eating disorder treatment especially in supporting clients with ARFID. Recovery Coaches are a vital part of the treatment team as they work closely with clients to facilitate growth and behavior change in their recovery journey.
